Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise purchased online may be returned within 10 business days of receipt. Items must be in new and unused condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used. If the product has been opened, please repackage as originally shipped including all tags and product inserts. Pack returned items securely and insure the package for your protection. Bedside Manor reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges and a restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Discontinued Items, Sale Items, Down Products, Furniture, Lamps, Custom Orders and Monogrammed Items are not returnable. Some Special Order items may be returned for a small restocking fee. Please contact us at 704-442-4006 Monday-Saturday 10a-6p EST for additional information.
