STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and handling charges are additional fees. Free shipping offer may not be combined with any other discount and does not apply to split shipments. We deliver to street addresses in the Continental US only. Please allow 2-5 weeks for standard deliveries. Please allow longer for custom and monogrammed orders. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise in our warehouse. We will inform you as soon as possible if, for any reason, we cannot send your order within this time frame.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping may be available and is subject to an additional $15 handling fee. PLEASE NOTE - Shipments to Canada are subject to additional taxes and tariffs. These fees are in addition to all other shipping costs. Please call us at 704-442-4006 for more information.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned within 5 days of receipt. Items must be in new and unused condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used. If the product has been opened, please repackage as originally shipped including all tags and product inserts. Pack returned items securely and insure the package for your protection. Bedside Manor reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges and any restocking fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Discontinued Items, Sale Items, Down Products, Furniture, Lamps, Custom Orders and Monogrammed Items are not returnable. Some Special Order items may be returned for a small restocking fee. Please contact us at 704-442-4006 Monday-Saturday 10a-5p EST for additional information.
