If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt and accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt. Please return items in new and unused condition, as we cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. If the product is opened, please repackage as originally shipped including all tags and product inserts. Please pack returned items securely and insure the package for your protection. Bedside Manor reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: Furniture, Lamps, Sale items, custom orders and monogrammed items are not returnable. Some Special Order items may be returned for a small restocking fee. Please order your monograms carefully. Monogrammed items are NOT returnable, so we ask that you take special care when specifying the initials, style and color of the monogram.
All shipping and handling charges are additional. Free shipping offer is not valid with any other discount. All deliveries are made by UPS to street addresses in the continental US only. Please allow 2-4 weeks for standard UPS deliveries. Please allow longer for custom orders. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise in our warehouse. We will inform you as soon as possible if, for any reason, we cannot send your order within this time frame.
